1 PUC, also known as the First Year of Pre-University Course, is an important academic stage in the education system of Karnataka and some other states in India. It follows the completion of 10th standard (SSLC) and is the first step towards higher education. This one-year program is designed to prepare students for undergraduate studies and helps them build a strong foundation in their chosen streams such as Science, Commerce, or Arts.
